Scope of Works
- Carry out system survey & design replacement boiler room in accordance with Hampshire County Council specification
- Remove 4 aged Hamworthy 50kw commercial boilers & ancillary equipment
- Connect 180kw temporary boiler to the existing system.
- Install 2 Hamworthy Stratton mk2 120kw condensing gas boilers.
- Install bespoke condensing flue system
- Install new system pipework within the plant room incorporating Grundfos Magna 3 twin head pump units, pressurisation units, 2 x Variable Temperature heating zones, 10 x independently controlled heating circuits, 2 x high recovery hot water calorifiers and gas emergency shut down system
- Replace all 152 radiator valves with new thermostatic radiator valves.
- Replace existing controls panel with new panel integrated with Trend IQview4 BMS system & update internal controls - Works carried out by A K Controls
